In Texas, Iron Bridge offers very competitive rate programs including up to 70% LTV and up to 100% of the construction budget, with no hidden fees. Iron Bridge handles all appraisals, funding, draw requests, and loan servicing in-house.

Iron Bridge also has a unique Construction Draw program that only charges interest on rehab funds as they are drawn, not all at once.
